Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to College Application Center (CAC) for counselling, guidance, documentation, or admission assistance services.

1. Nature of Service

CAC provides expert counselling and admission support services. Since these are professional service-based offerings, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Fees are generally non-refundable once counselling/session/documentation/admission processing has started, or if work has already been performed.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment, technical transaction error, or payment made by mistake (subject to verification).

4. Admission Outcome Disclaimer

Admission decisions are controlled by colleges/universities. Rejection, merit changes, seat unavailability, or eligibility mismatch does not qualify for refund.

5. Request Timeline

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of payment with valid transaction details, payment proof, and registered contact information.

6. Verification & Approval

All requests are reviewed internally. CAC reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on service status and policy compliance.

7. Processing Time

If approved, refund is processed to the original payment source within 7-14 working days. Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.

8. Charges & Deductions

Transaction charges, gateway fees, taxes, or any already-utilized service amount may be deducted from the refundable amount.

9. Policy Changes

CAC may revise this policy without prior notice. Updated policy will be posted on this page and will apply from the date of update.
